Terms of Use

Aaina Dekho is a virtual try-on studio. It shows you an AI-generated impression of how an outfit might look on you. It is a guide, not a promise — and it is free to use while we are in early access.

1. Using the service

By using aainadekho.com or the try-on studio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. There are no accounts and no fees; access is provided free of charge during early access, and we may introduce paid plans in future with notice.

2. Photos you upload

You may only upload a photo if:

• It is a photo of you, or of someone who has clearly agreed to you using their photo this way.
• You are 13 or older, and the photo is not of a child.
• It does not contain nudity, or anything unlawful, hateful, or designed to impersonate another person.

We handle your photo as described in our Privacy Policy. You keep all rights to your own photo; you grant us only the permission needed to process it and return your result.

3. What the results are — and are not

Try-on images are generated by an AI model. They approximate drape, colour, and proportion; they do not guarantee them. Do not treat a generated image as an accurate representation of fit, size, fabric, shade, or embroidery detail. Always check the retailer's own size guide and product photographs before buying.

4. Garments and retailers

The outfits available in the studio belong to third-party retailers and brands. We are not the seller. We do not process orders, take payment, ship goods, or handle returns, and we make no representation about price, stock, or availability. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and that retailer, on their terms. Trade marks and product imagery remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Fair use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to create misleading, defamatory, or sexually explicit imagery of anyone.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the service, or access it through automated means.
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without our written agreement.

We apply rate limits to keep the service available for everyone, and we may suspend access that appears abusive.

6. Your generated images

Images you generate are yours to save and share. Generated images carry a small Aaina Dekho watermark; please leave it in place when sharing. We ask that you do not present a generated image as an unedited photograph.

7. Availability

The service is provided "as is". It is an early-access product: it may be unavailable, slow, or changed without notice, and features may be added or removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service — including purchases you make after viewing a try-on image, or any difference between a generated image and a real garment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
